Anne joined the charity in 2009 as a Finance Officer. In 2010 she was promoted to Finance and Contracts Manager then Head of Finance in 2013 and Deputy Chief Executive in 2021. Anne is a qualified accountant (ACCA and AAT) and her previous employment history covers over 10 years in the private sector including manufacturing and airport services. Anne has developed significant expertise in charity accounting and governance and has considerable knowledge in spread sheet design.

Anne is responsible for all financial aspects of the organisation including the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, payroll, contract monitoring and cash flow forecasting. She is also responsible for designing, developing, and implementing all financial policies and procedures, internal controls, and audits.

Anne is part of the Senior Management Team and provides support to the Chief Executive and the board of Trustees in terms of governance, information technology, strategic planning and forecasting, business and funding development and developing & monitoring investments.

In her spare time Anne enjoys being a grandmother, reading, travelling and spa breaks.
