Actes customers are satisfied customers
Actes’ customers have been impressed by the service they received while using the organisation’s facilities and engaging on its projects; according to the findings of the latest customer satisfaction survey.
In 2017, the results from Actes’ customer survey saw over 98% of people rate the overall service they received from the organisation as Very Good or Good. Meanwhile, 96% of people said Actes' facilities and services met their expectations while 87% of people that used Actes' facilities in 2017 said they would recommend the service to others.
The customer satisfaction survey is completed by customers hiring the facilities at Actes’ two business and community centres, Acklam Green Centre and the Resource Centre in Meath Street, Middlesbrough. It is also filled in by clients who complete Actes’ two accredited employability courses, Defining Futures and Market Yourself.
Many customers and clients also took the time to provide qualitative feedback about their experience of Actes. Referring to their experience at Acklam Green Centre, one customer commented: "The centre is an excellent resource that we as a service value. The team at the centre are always accessible and helpful. The space in the room is great to mix different learning styles.”
